She marked him by putting her foot on the side of his face, taking her sword and tracing the outline of her foot on his face, scarring him for life. Then switching feet and side of his face. The scene itself has her dry shaving his hair off so her marks on him are quite visible.
She may very well have added the words "Conquered by [Character’s Name]" inside the first outline and "Oathsworn slave to [Character’s Name] on the other.
